Copperhead grille was a nice casual night out. As far as sports bars goes. There were plenty of TVs for everyone. An outdoor patio is available for enjoying the weather and a giant parking lot.
The food overall was good. The crab bisque was rich and had a decent flavor profile but it seemed to lack that special something. The crackers that came with were stale. The rest of the food went mostly up from here. The CHG fries, were devoured within minutes. Def a great menu item. Coconut shrimp was good, but average.
Meal wise, the ny strip was good, but not great as the steak itself was a bit over cooked. It's not a steakhouse so I won't be too harsh. The chimmichuri on top however was fantastic. I could eat that by the spoonful. The burgers were awesome and cooked perfectly. Mac and cheese side, fantastic. Twice baked potatoes was raved about.
Drink wise, they make their mojitos with vodka - in my world that's a spritzer but i had them use rum to make mine instead. They muddled the strawberries with the mint and it came out fantastic. The espresso Martini was a good basic Martini. And the dirty Shirley was sweet as expected and went down as fast as a normal Shirley temple would.
Overall a good easy night out where the bar food is your best bet and we'll worth a visit.
