Acropolis Greek Tavern - Riverview Fl

Acropolis has a pretty consistent menu and service. their tzatziki is one of my favorite snacks to recreate at home. What sets them apart from other restaurants is something that is standard for them. Their evening showing of dancers and breaking of plates. Starts at 7pm usually.

Environmentally, its pretty open concept, with a more tradintional approach to decor. The large round tables are a great feature - though it doesn’t make it a bit complicated to get out for any reason if you are in the middle.

Drinks are always good here and you can catch twofers and a show if you time it right.

Having been to this location many many times, the experiences range from great, to not good. Only one time have I had a bad experience completely when my meal ended up comp’d etc. The shish kabaob is my go to meal and would recommend it to anyone who wants to try it.
